Meg Ogden is Senior Research Associate with the Smart Prosperity Institute – a knowledge partner of The Natural Step’s Sustainability Transition Labs – and co-chair of the CEIL Technical Advisory Committee. Meg came to Smart Prosperity Institute with nearly 15 years of policy and research experience in the Government of Canada. Most recently, she was Senior Policy Analyst at Canada Mortgage and Housing Corporation, where she advised senior decision-makers and managed policy-related research on a wide range of sustainable housing and communities issues. She also managed the Urban Sustainability Program at the former National Round Table on the Environment and the Economy, which resulted in publication of the State of the Debate Report “Environmental Quality in Canadian Cities: The Federal Role”. Meg holds a Master of Urban Planning (McGill) and Bachelor of Arts in Geography (Queen’s).
