Norman Lee is a participant of the Ontario Printed Paper and Packaging Rapid Lab as well as a member of the Circular Economy Innovation Lab Steering Committee. Norman received a Bachelor of Science degree in Engineering in 1986 and his Professional Engineering designation in 1988. Before entering the public sector, he spent his time in the private sector as a consulting engineer specializing in the design, approval and construction of waste management facilities. Norman is now focused on affecting policy and operational changes to improve resource recovery and reduce the negative impact of waste.
